How to claim your station location

To claim your station location/hexagon, you need to register and deploy your station.

To check if your area still has an open spot, please navigate to the explorer in the dashboard. If you see that the location is open, you have two options based on your circumstances.

  1. If you already have the hardware, register your station in your exact location. This will lock the area for six hours while you finish setting up the station. As soon as the station goes online, you will automatically claim your spot.

  2. If you don't have hardware, you have the option to reserve your area for 30 days. As long as you deploy your station before the end of the reservation period, you will claim the station location. If you fail to deploy within that timeframe, the area will automatically open back up. Please note that the reservation fee is optional and non-refundable. You do not have to reserve if you believe you can acquire the hardware fast enough to claim the area before someone else does.

Please note, you can only reserve a single spot one time per account.

After you claim your area, no one else can claim the same area, so all hexagons will only contain one station. The area/hexagon is not transferable.

If you change the location of the station outside of the claimed area, the previous hexagon will unlock immediately, opening it for others to claim.
